3.3 Order Cancellation: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Delivery Area: We currently ship to customers in Co. Dublin, Ireland and may expand to other regions in the future.
4.2 Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays.
4.3 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and are based on the delivery location and order size.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Custom Products: Due to the nature of custom or personalised products, these items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
5.2 Standard Products: Unused, non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be in their original packaging.
5.3 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or confirming the defect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the intellectual property of Dearly. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Warranty: We provide our website and products "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
